All four hospitals within the St. David's HealthCare Partnership have various opportunities. Some of the main specialties for which there is a need in our community are OB/GYN, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Cardiology and Gastroenterology. If you are a specialist not listed, please contact us anyway! We maintain a database of physicians who have an interest in the Austin area for future needs. After all, there are expansion projects underway at every one of the four hospitals in our network. As services are added or expanded to meet our continued population growth, more physicians will be needed!

The type of opportunity at each of our hospitals differs, too. One hospital may have an existing practice which needs to add physicians. Another hospital may offer the chance to begin a solo practice. In the latter case, we can assist you in getting a practice started through our contacts with physician services consultants and our own credentialing and managed care departments. There may also be hospitalist opportunities coming available as our hospitals grow.
